This yummy deserves a photo session, so here are the ones I liked the most. I adventured in making my first burger buns ing the recipe of Georgiana baking.adventure. As I’ve done for milk buns, here also I used half white flour and half wholegrain flour.
The result? – Very fluffy buns, with a crunchy crust and a soft crumb. The difference is in look, not so bronzy and so chubby.
I made a fatty vegetarian burger, using different leftovers I had in the fridge.
Ingredients vegetarian burger > cheddar slice, grilled mushroom, marinated grilled tofu, red kidney beans, pickled onion, pickles, jalapeno, sweet pepper jam.
