🥜fudgy peanut butter swirl brownies🥜
vegan, gluten-free, no refined sugar

i’m BACK!! i took a week completely off of my phone (sorry to anyone who thought i was ignoring them lol) and it felt so refreshing. and it seems like the weather changed overnight. the oversized hoodies and fuzzy socks are out, and i’m ready for all the warm, gooey sweet treats. if you like chocolate and peanut butter, you’re in for a nutritious treat.

📌ΣΥΝΤΑΓΗ📌
-1/3 cup chopped dark chocolate (i used 92%)
-1/4 cup olive oil
-1/4 φλιτζάνι σκόνη κακάο χωρίς ζάχαρη
-1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
-1/2 cup milk of choice (i used almond milk)
-1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού εκχύλισμα βανίλιας
-1 cup oat flour
-1/2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού μπέικιν πάουντερ
- πρέζα θαλασσινό αλάτι

🥜for the peanut butter swirl🥜
-1/4 cup all-natural peanut butter
-1 tbsp honey/any liquid sweetener
-3-4 tbsp milk of choice

🍫how-to🍫
-προθερμαίνουμε τον φούρνο στους 180C
-start by melting the dark chocolate with the olive oil in the microwave and mix until smooth (around a minute, maybe more)
-add the cocoa powder and mix, then add the rest of the wet ingredients to the mixture
-in the same bowl, add in the dry ingredients and mix just until fully incorporated
-transfer the batter evenly into your pan
-mix the ingredients for the peanut butter swirl, adding the milk gradually until you get a thick and creamy mixture
-drop spoonfuls on top of the brownies then swirl with a knife
-bake for 20-25 minutes
-let cool before cutting
