Cod fish with carrots, leeks, potatoes and cream sauce, served with rice.
Step 1: cut your veggies in circles and your potatoes in cubes
Step 2: season and cook the fish (also cut in cubes) with oil
Step 3: boil water and cook your potatoes for 10 mins, until fork goes through smoothly then set aside.
Step 4: boil 1 L of Maggi chicken bouillon then cook the carrots in it for 10 mins
Step 5: fry the leeks, red onion, potatoes together with salt, pepper, thyme and fish spices
Step 6: add 100 ml of white wine / lemon juice diluted with water
Step 7: add the fish back and the carrots and then 100 ml of cream (18%)
Step 8: leave all to mix for around 10 mins, if salt is missing you can add some of that broth you boiled the carrots in or simply some salt.
